Positive: Great location, view is amazing. Really nice and helpful welcome when we got to the property. Only stayed one night but both said all the facilities are there for you to stay longer. Walked on the Tarka trail in the morning and the property is right next to it.

Positive: The apartment was on the top floor of an interesting house and offered great views and a comfortable experience. There weren’t too many steps to negotiate and there was a small landing half way up which was useful. The facilities were excellent with a useful small kitchen and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom provided a powerful shower and was warm. The rooms were well maintained, decorated and clearly well-looked after. There was a lovely, light, airy feel to the rooms, accentuated by the wonderful views from all the windows. The location is also very good, being about a 5-minute stroll into Instow - the short cut through the garden is a bonus. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and lovely to talk to - they responded quickly and positively if any issues arose. Overall, an excellent stay and we would gladly stay again.
Negative: Nothing really - there was an issue with the heating of the apartment initially, but it was dealt with promptly and wasn’t too much of a problem overall.
Summary: A lovely apartment in a great location with welcoming hosts who helped make our stay more enjoyable.

Positive: Excellent location. Beautiful views over the estuary. Hosts delightful. Accommodation well laid out and very close to Tarka Trail, walks, cycle path. Very good deli close by.
