Summary: The room was spotless and perfectly adequate. Comfortable and wam bed. Most importantly, the staff was very kind and generous with coffee, tissues and a 7-UP when my phone from the USA did not work and I spent two hours in their lobby getting help from the cell phone carrier in the USA. Finally fixed and on my way. Merci, thank you.

Summary: Rooms are somewhat newly renovated. They would not honor the rate of my reservation. I had to pay $15. More or they wouldn't allow us to check in.

Summary: This is not a fancy place but covers all the basics. Good price for a clean and comfortable place to sleep for the night. We had a bit of trouble getting the shower started - pull knob was stuck/stiff and the floor lamp would not turn on at first - was unplugged for some reason. We stored our travel companions milk in our fridge as theirs didn’t seem to be cold. Easy check in and out, even with communication barrier (we don’t speak French well). Friendly desk clerk. Good location, right off the 20 and Tim’s/McDonalds and gas/convenience all right nearby.

Summary: You Get What You Pay For The good: Desk staff personable; Sheets and towels very clean; Gas and food next door. The Bad: Stains on various furniture; Surface areas filthy; Not offered fresh towels and supplies during stay; Property amenities not well maintained; Upon arrival the entire building reeked of cigarette smoke; even my non-smoking room. The Ugly: No sound insulation. Noise from mechanical room ever-present; fridge noise; parking lot noise thru cheap windows; doors auto-close heavily, making it sound like slamming doors at 1,2 AM; bathroom with scant abysmal provision, slow draining tub — standing in pool of water while showering; no blow dryer. Will not be back.
