Summary: There were dogs in the neighbor's house came at the property main door and started barking and were knocking the door and we were unable to come out to load the luggage to the car till 10 AM.

Summary: We traveled to the area to attend a funeral. Two families totaling 8 people. We were very pleased with the size of the house and the space to spread out. The TV room seats 10 on furniture with a big TV. (Family time). Very clean. Very equipped kitchen. The deck made it nice to eat outside. Cindy was a great host. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!

Summary: A wonderful home to stay in while visiting family, nice to have a place of our own instead of couch surfing. Very clean, lots of space and close to everything, yet out of the way for provacy.

Summary: Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. I would say that the house is actually nicer that what I expected from the pictures. It is quite large and perfect for family gatherings. It is nicely decorated, unlike many other rentals. There were plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, towels, etc. The large deck was lovely and great for having meals outside. Communication was easy and check-in instructions were provided in plenty of time. We did notice, however, that the sliding door at the back of the house doesn't lock properly. I also didn't enjoy the amount of artificial fragrance on the bedding.

Summary: I planned a trip to the Truckee area for my family. Kids wanted to enjoy snow and the adults wanted to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Squaw Valley (Pallisade). This lovely house is in Colfax and was just about 30 minutes away from the snow area. The house was lovelier than I expected. Very spacious for all of us - 2 families. Very well furnished, electronics were latest and high end. Fire place adds to the coziness and charm of the house. Large and beautiful deck in the back would be fun in the summers. Highly recommended.

Summary: This VRBO home was more than we could have expected,. There was plenty of rooms for everyone and the best room was the master bathroom with its large jetted tub. Thanks VRBO and Cindy for our great and enjoyable stay!

Summary: Our best experience ever. Our host was just amazing so thoughtful and kind. My son’s wedding was in Forest Hill. The house was so nice to get ready for the wedding at.
