You will be staying in a 27 ft. Prowler travel trailer. It is on a 5-acre lot along with a main house (and some out-buildings) which is about 150 feet away. The nearest neighbor is about 50 feet away. The travel trailer is a 2003, is clean and functional, due to the age we will allow up to 14 nites only. The setting is wooded and serene. Although we've never counted there are probably over 200 trees on the 5 acres, including: Ponderosa pine, Black oak, Canyon live oak, Cedar, Deodar pine, Douglas fir, seasonal flowers and lots of wildlife. The new cleaning protocols are in place for everyone's safety.

Summary: Cool & peaceful in the caravan - with much fun Gold Panning on the Bear River. Deer bucks I saw here in early Spring now have racks & the local veggie gardens are bursting out of their deer proof cages. So pleasurable!

Summary: My stay was more a DIY-Retreat. It was bliss to step in to a clean, well maintained & stocked dwelling (with a Kitchen!). So much better value than the substandard motel I had just come from. Add in the quiet, dark night sky, and the Trees - you have Beauty to walk. Can’t say enough good things about the Hosts – Very accommodating and Hospitable. So pleased, I will be back on a regular basis.

Summary: Great communication. The area is better than I could have asked for. Close to all your needs but far enough away to escape the rat race. I stayed here this time for 5 weeks. I loved it enough to come back later next year. Great for small family vacation, students or traveling medical professionals.

Summary: The Prowler Trailer was just as described! Was perfect for me - I was in the area visiting friends for a few days, but wanted my own place to go back to at night. The trailer was perfect - quiet setting, nice little deck, well-equipped. The bed was really comfortable, hot water didn't run out during my shower, well-equipped kitchen. And you can't beat the price!
