LIVING SPACE:
The great room features large windows providing maximum mountain views, an open floor plan with hardwood floors, and a corner stone clad gas fireplace! Relax in the spacious living room equipped with a large comfortable sectional and a 55" Smart TV - ready to stream Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and many more streaming apps to choose from! The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a large island making meal prep a breeze. The open staircase leads to a walkout basement that is equally impressive with 9-foot ceilings, so it certainly doesn't feel like a basement! A second Living Room can be found downstairs with another comfortable sectional, Smart TV, and DVD Player with an extensive collection of movies to choose from. A full sized washer and dryer are available as well for your convenience.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: The main level Master Bedroom suite offers a comfortable King Bed, Smart TV, with an ensuite bathroom offering a walk in shower and soaking tub!
Bedroom 2: Downstairs you will find a second King Bed with Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom contains two cozy Queen Beds, also located downstairs.
Bedroom 4: The final bedroom is located downstairs and has two Twin Beds.
We also provide a Pack-N-Play for our smallest of travelers!

Summary: This house has great spaces-plenty of room for friends and family to relax. The bedrooms are great, and the view of Pikes Peak from the deck is spectacular.With all that said, I would recommend that the owners replace the Teflon pans in the kitchen. Teflon has long been known to shed forever chemicals, such as PFAS, into the food cooked in these utensils. Most modern cooks have thrown out these pans and prefer to prepare food in stainless steel, glass, or cast iron.
