Summary: An hotel is made to sleep, so knocking at the door and enter in the room at 9am is not nice. You know it’s an airport hotel, so some people check in super late and need to sleep in the morning. Doors banging hard in the corridor also. It’s a shame, because it could be a nice hotel without those issues

Summary: Check in process was slow but I also understand they get lines because of flight arrivals. My biggest wish would be for this brand to have two pillows on each bed. Especially with this being airport hotel. I need to sleep with kegs elevated from flying and prevtnt heartburn. So I could use my suitcase for my legs but there was zero chance with one pillow to fight heartburn, properly prop my head.

Summary: Reception staff indifferent when I told them about the lack of shower soap or shampoo and the terrible condition of the duvet. On the plus side there was plenty of conditioner. I contacted the hotel before posting this review. They didn’t respond.

Summary: The hotel was OK once we found it. We booked it on Hotels.com because it was a short walk from the airport, where we had an early morning flight. When we arrived by train from Vienna it was not at all obvious how to find the Moxy, which actually was behind a large parking lot. Either Hotels.com or the Moxy should have send instructions about how to walk to it from the terminal since its key benefit is walking distance from the airport.

Summary: This hotel was tiny. There was a strange broken bookshelf in the room. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. We couldn’t make the temperature much colder. We had to wait in a very, very long line to check in at 11:30pm. The only good thing was the proximity to the airport.
