* This home is truly a relaxing paradise. Very comfortable high end bedding, Tons of thick fluffy towels, , all the kitchenware, spices and condiments you need to cook and enjoys meals at home and Views from everywhere.
* Other homes in the area will claim to have these great views by showing you wide angle pictures but, you end up walking into a small home with very narrow pocket views. Don't be fooled. My home has TRUE 180 degree PANORAMIC views from every deck and room in the home.
* This is my personal residence so I know you will be very comfortable and you will not be disappointed. Its like staying at your personal 5 star luxury hotel.
* If wanting the pool heated for your stay please inquire with owner. SDG&E electric and gas charges have doubled in Jan 2023. The pool heating fee is $50/day for pool heating (87 degrees). Inquire with owner for rate and turning pool heater on.
* If wanting additional guests above 8 persons please inquire with owner. Additional guests fee is $100/day per person for more than 8 persons.
This is an upscale quiet neighborhood so security is always important for the home and guests. There is a Ring doorbell camera located on the front entrance door.
There is an outdoor security camera system. (only outdoor, not indoor!).

Summary: The views were awesome, and we especially enjoyed them when we were in the hot tub. The fire pit was one of my favorite amenities. We were so impressed by the size of the house. The living room with the large windows was my favorite room. The beds were very comfortable and we were supplied with plenty of bedding and towels. Everything was clean and everything worked properly. When we had a question, the owner was very prompt in answering. If we come back to San Diego, we would definitely want to stay there again. We enjoyed the convenient location.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Mt. Soledad Beach Paradise. We had a collective group from the East and Midwest to converge in San Diego for a rugby game. The house was very nice with all amenities expected. We utilized the pool and sauna to relax but the balcony and views were HHC best.

Summary: House has truly outstanding views from just about every window. The patio with fire pit and cozy cushioned furnishings perched above San Diego was particularly wonderful. We ate outside every night, watched the fireworks and enjoyed the hot tub under the stars. Beds comfortable. Kitchen equipped with all we needed to make some great meals together. Great location to explore San Diego. We did find the half bath lacks privacy as it is at the base of a very steep spiral staircase which is open to the main living area.

Summary: Mark was a great host! The house was perfect for a girls wknd. Lots of nice space for seating. We enjoyed the hot tub and gas firepit. There is some aging on the house, but overall a wonderful stay! Beds were super comfy. Plenty of linens and towels were soft and fluffy!

Summary: Our stay was amazing and if we ever come back, we’ll definitely stay at Marks beautiful home! Mark was so great at check-in and throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. If we txted for anything he responded right away and it was incredibly appreciated! The house is gorgeous, we paid extra for the heated pool, which we loved and the hot tub was awesome! Location was perfect and we’d absolutely all stay (there were 6 of us) there again! We now just need another excuse to go to SD! Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a great host and beautiful place!
