The ground floor features a modern kitchen that is a chef's dream with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a prep island. The open concept kitchen looks onto the dining area and comfortable living room with a cozy fireplace and flat screen television. This downstairs living space also offers a sofa sleeper for the occasional extra guest, an office area and a half bath. For outdoor living, there are two separate private patios-- one with a hot tub!
After a relaxing evening at home and a soak in the hot tub, guests can enjoy a restful night sleep upstairs. The second level features the master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a flat screen television. The ensuite master bath offers plenty of space with two sinks, a bathtub, and a spa shower with two separate shower heads.
