Summary: The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeepers were especially attentive to details and did a great job of keeping our room tidy and stocked with fresh towels, coffee and clean cups. The room was updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the quiet heat/AC that is a split high wall unit instead of a typical noisy under a window unit. The fireplace and the high open beam ceiling made the room feel like so much more than a typical hotel room.

Summary: The room was clean, fireplace was nice, bed was firm but nice & comfortable…but the feather pillows were amazing!! Overall a great experience & a very comfortable, clean, affordable stay. Highly recommend.

Summary: The room was lovely, and hostess delightful. Unfortunately the outside HVAC system (roof location) is extremely noisy and literally shook the walls when other guests used it.

Summary: The receptionist was friendly and we did like the proximity of the hotel from the DelMonte shopping mall and downtown. Things to improve: A) office/reception is only open from 8am-10pm and on our last night the card keys didn’t work, luckily we came back to the hotel before 10 and had them updated B) Some sort of snack/vending machine would be nice since there’s no cafeteria on-site Overall we had a pleasant and quiet stay
