Positive: This property had a nice large deck to relax, well-equipped kitchen and a/c in 2 of the 3 rooms.
Negative: Communication could have been better. We arrived very late and it was hard to work out which villa was ours. They are Muri Heights on the sign. The 3 bed villa we booked had other people staying in it. Luckily they were awake and directed us to a different villa. I had messaged the host, but they did not respond. Turns out both the larger villa's are not 3 bedroom. They are 2 bedroom with a single bed in the lounge area. The old t.v had one terrible channel. The dvd player didn't work. The host did go and buy a smart tv after we complained and we were able to watch youtube. This probably happens in many areas, but the roosters crowed all morning from 5.30am and the neighbours dog barked a fair bit at night. Having said this the villa was good value for money.

Positive: How everything is with in reach and walking distance. Everything from the washing machine to the oven and stovetop to the spacious rooms was clean, immaculate and so comfortable. I loved it!
Negative: Air Conditioning in the Master Bedroom only was great but everywhere else in the house was so hot and muggy but otherwise ok.
Summary: A jewel and comfort for the whole family. I’d go back most definitely in a heartbeat. Thank you Mi’i and Princess!
