Positive: This is an awesome villa in a magnificent location. It is very well appointed and comfortable, for our family group of 6 - more spacious and extensive than the photos suggest. The outside area is wonderful - with views over the lagoon which is a few steps away, yet still private and protected from the South Easterly winds. We made good use of the SUPs and canoes. It is an easy walk to the various cafes and restaurants on Muri Beach. Tony and Lhia are excellent hosts and the communications and arrangements were all great. Highly recommend Muri Beach Villa and we will be returning !
Negative: Nothing ! Everything is very well setup and we had no issues.

Positive: Such a beautiful location and such a well appointed holiday home. Hosts were lovely to deal with and even had the fridge stocked with the basics plus bonus drinkies!! Amazing array of water toys to use (kayaks, life jackets, water shoes etc) We had bad weather to start with but the property is soo well setup it was easy to relax and enjoy to spite the rain. Lots of areas to sit outside that are sheltered and plenty of room inside too. Cannot recommend this holiday home enough.
Negative: Pretty much nothing.
Summary: Exceptional property that was an absolute pleasure to stay at.

Positive: Location at Muri Beach is great. Property itself is very spacious and nicely decorated. Amazing view on to the lagoon all day long. Nice stargazing at night too. Service from Tony was exceptional and can only be recommended
Negative: As my wife pointed out on multiple occasions: cleanliness. Some parts of the property were not cleaned properly in between bookings it seemed

Positive: Prime location, our own pool, the owners were very kind and accommodating, a whole home with all facilities is exactly what we need when travelling with our family and this home had it all and then some, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, the small gestures, like the sunscreen in the walkway, the milk in the fridge, it’s the small things that made a huge impact on our trip.

Positive: Fantastic location, comfortable for 3 x couples with all the amenities you’d expect. Gorgeous grounds and gardens, leading to the. Outdoor gazebo and wonderful pool. This was a five star home rather than just a five star resort room. Tony and Lhia were wonderful hosts. Within walking distance of every available cafe and experience in Muri. Oh and just 10 steps and you’re standing on the warm sand as the lagoon laps your toes!!! BBQ got plenty of use as did the fully equipped kitchen.
Negative: Would be good to be able to lock the beach gate from the outside - first world problem!

Positive: Great location, very private , had everything you may need for a family / group stay . Hosts were attentive and helpful if required. Just a really lovely property to stay at.
Negative: Hard to think of anything at all. A few ants appeared, but there was stuff available to deal with them, so no big deal.
Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. If we wanted to know anything , Tony seemed available to help with the info. Great
