Positive: Location was perfect, given one of our party had some mobility issues. Very well-equipped and spacious kitchen and bathrooms. Good to have parking right outside, but difficult to enter/exit spaces due to continuous traffic flow outside! Despite this, property was quiet inside. Strong WiFi signal. Nice shower.
Negative: Heating controls had somehow been changed, so it was difficult to manage - ended up with it being too warm at night. Lounge was rather dark even in daytime, and sofas not particularly comfortable. Glad had taken washing-up liquid & tea towels as those provided (of both) would not have been enough! Would have liked another hour before check-out, for a more leisurely breakfast, but understand time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

Negative: FYI only, minor issues only: 1 - empty oil container and no washing powder for clothes as stated in welcome notes 2-more advice on getting medical treatment for a foreigner in London would be helpful. The local Burford Medical does not just take in temp patients. There is a longggg process and no one seems to explain it. 3 - a hairdryer wasn't available yet available at all other rooms we stayed in. Just minor though. 4 - Mention steep internal stairs. Difficult to get luggage up and for old people like us!!! (ha ha)
