Positive: Absolutely everything was perfect! We had a small problem with our apartment when we checked in and the staff was able to fix it super quickly. The apartment was big, sparkling clean and with all the amenities you need. Super conveniently located close the metro station in a quiet neighbourhood. One of the best stays I’ve been in Europe. Absolutely recommendable. And the staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful

Positive: The bed was very nice apart from the always off putting Viennese style of bed sheets but that's a cultural difference I can hardly blame on the hotel. The shower was um, an "open design" you might say! A tiled cube without a door or curtain or anything for privacy. There was a curtain separating the shower room from the bedroom though the toilet was in a dedicated and lockable room. Unless you are traveling with someone with whom you are intimate, like a sex partner, I would recommend against sharing the same room (in fairness, I only know my room, not what others were like). Weirdly, though, I was charmed by the room. Very bohemian. Cleaning staff was super helpful and accommodating.
Negative: Room decor of stones affixed to the wall in random spots was very strange if distinctive. The kitchen was very far from "fully featured" as the description claimed. Tiny fridge and dishwasher and most disappointingly, it lacked a proper skillet! Omelettes are a major feature of my diet so this was hugely disappointing. The closest it came was a tiny scratched-to-hell skillet that was not suitable for cooking anything. The reading materials on places to see & things to do in Vienna were exclusively in German, a language I do not read or otherwise understand (granted, it's the official language of Austria, but seeing as how we're catering to an international clientele from many of the surrounding european countries who speak entirely different families of languages it does not seem an unreasonable request to me). I spent a fair amount of time in my room working, and well, the furniture situation was not supportive of this. There was a desk remote from any power outlets that I had to haul across the room so I could have my laptop plugged in while I worked. The seat was a very uncomfortable metal chair I draped a throw rug over (made of animal fur, I think? unless fake?) to keep my ass from chafing after only 10 minutes of sitting. This did not quite work but was the best the hotel allowed me to do.
