I invite you to come waste away at My Margarita Time. Private Beach means reserved space for you on our private beach where you’re not having to get up at the crack of dawn to save a place on the beach. It’s saved for you, and not arm and arm chairs and not 2,3,and even 4 rows of umbrellas, even on holidays. Break away from your worries to enjoy all this lovely beach treasure has to offer. Sitting just one lot back from the beach on historic Tang-O-Mar road, 'My Margarita Time is a fully equipped four bedroom, five bath, piece of paradise in Miramar Beach area. If you need 5, 6, or 7th bedroom , you have the option to add to your reservation once you book. I don’t force you to rent what you don’t need. This can be arranged thru the owner, Derral, after booking. It runs approximately $775 per week per bedroom, plus $25 clean and tax. With our huge 1200 sf Game/Rec Room at the pool level with the 5th full bath. Our home is a 4 bedroom, living room and den, and the ability to rent 3 additional bedroom and 3 baths, but rates posted are for 4 bedroom. It has 5 baths in which one bath in the recreation room. If you don’t rent the extra room, no they are not rented to other guest. They are just locked out.Featuring all solid pine wood floors on the main floor. All new stainless appliances, granite, subway tile and fully equipped kitchen and a huge front deck overlooking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This house has it all! Enjoy the theme of 'Lay Back Beach' while A giant barracuda hang from the living room ceiling. You may also want to sip a cocktail and watch a sunset while sitting on one of the many colorful Adirondack chairs on the Front deck and actually view the beach and ocean and even the dolphins swimming. This is not a house where you think you see the ocean, you enjoy the sunsets in the ocean and a real ocean/beach view, even from the bbq grille and for sure from the porch and living room. Very rare. We added a putting green and corn hole game ( not shown in phots. NEW) for the entire family fun. The house is only 75 steps from the ocean's beautiful white beaches. YES 2-Beach chairs/1-umbrella set up are furnished during March thru October and included in your price. This will save the area for you on the beach. Yes you can set your own tent beside or behind you beach set up. If you desire a change of pace from the sun and sand, feel free to enjoy the 'Silver Sands Designer Factory Outlet Mall' across Highway 98 and many of the areas finest restaurants just a short way away! Yes, My Margarita Time is located in a super low traffic subdivision. Just walk from the porch to the beach without the worry of overcrowded car traffic. Featured in the Destin Log newspaper as this is Destin you remember 25 years ago in the past. Come find your 'lost shaker of salt'. Enough of the Cheap words, Look at the 'PICTURES'.
On the pool level we have added a 1200 sf recreation game/TV room that will is equipped with a pool table and a full bath, sectional and TV area, plus skeetball machine and more. This room Now completed. My Margarita Time books almost a year in advance so get your reservation in.

Summary: I don’t think I could possibly say enough good things about My Margarita Time. What an amazing house. It felt spacious enough that we weren’t on top of each other yet cozy and felt like home. The kitchen comes with so many appliances to make vacation meal planning easy. We utilized 4 bedrooms between 8 adults and a toddler, I love that you can add additional rooms in the event we invite more people on our next trip or need additional space. I loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The pool was the perfect size to hang out in and still enjoy each other's company. We loved having the bean bag game available while hanging around the pool area. Plenty of seating in every area inside and outside. We had a rainy day which allowed us to spend some time inside the game room playing pool and competing over frogger and Mario World which we haven’t played in years. Celebrating my 40th couldn’t have been any better. Derral has been amazing to work with. Very prompt in his responses. I would for sure rent this house again. What a wonderful experience.

Summary: We normally go on vacation and go do things around the location we stay, but this time I just wanted to get away, stay at the beach, and make memories with out all the work and expense of going just to come back from vacation and be exhausted. This was everything I envisioned for me and my family! We cooked in with a well equipped kitchen. (eating in and sitting down for meals are really important to us) What incredible decor! Every bedroom was comfortable and well decorated. The house was big enough for all 7 of us. The game room was spot on and so enjoyable. I love to get up early and pray in the morning and the game room was the perfect place and I didn’t interrupt anyone’s sleep. The pool was perfect. We built all kinds of things with sand on the beach.The beach entrance was so convenient, right across the street. The grill was great-used it almost every day. The owner was one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and was very respectful of our privacy.

Summary: After visiting the Destin area for over 20 years, I have finally found our home away from home. My entire family was just blown away by this property. Whether it was being able to have drinks on the deck while watching the ocean, being just 60+ steps from the beach, or having a private heated pool...I'm not sure we could ever stay anywhere else that would make everyone as happy as they were over the course of week. My (adult) kids both acknowledged this past week was exactly what they needed to recharge...and this house made it possible. Derral was the consummate host – making us feel welcome and informed long before we ever arrived to check in. Then, he was only a text or phone call away if we needed anything. A previous guest had left the house blender non-functioning...and Derral replaced it within a matter of hours, no questions asked. That's the kind of customer service you hope for...but very seldom see. I can't recommend this property highly enough. All the other reviews really are accurate. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give it an 11. Now...I have to go plan my next trip back to My Margarita Time and get my reservation submitted. See you at the beach!

Summary: This is a perfect place for a vacation! Priviate, steps from the beach, clean, and I could go on and on. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone. All the comforts of home and beautiful views!! Mr. Dobbs and his family were as amazing as the location. BOOK IT NOW!

Summary: We had such a good time! There was something for everyone to do and stay entertained. The house is in a wonderful location, just steps from the beach and close to plenty of amenities. The beach was beautiful and well kept. If we go back to that area, we will definitely rent again!

Summary: This property is AMAZING! The owners thought of everything! Well maintained and very clean. You cannot beat the location. We have stayed in the Destin area many times. We always stay “gulf front”. But having this house was better. It is just a few steps to the beach-fewer than a beachfront condo. And the convenience of having to walk right off the beach and into your own beach house with a private pool, you’re not going to beat that! All the beds are comfortable. Plenty of high quality linens and towels. The washer and dryer are huge! And the owner is great! He is close by if you need anything, but also gives you privacy. A perfect combination you don’t always get with a rental. The patios, porches and outdoor areas are beautifully maintained and offer so much seating! You always have a perfect comfy seat exactly where you want, in sun or shade. We had a few storms and the upper porch is the perfect spot to watch them roll in. The game room saved us with the kids when the rain kept them off the beach and out of the pool. Again, we cannot say how much we loved this vacation home, and plan to return again!

Summary: Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The owners were great and easy to deal with. The living area was clean and comfortable for our large group. The game room was the highlight of our stay and it was just a few steps away from the beach which had the clearest water I’ve seen in a long time. Great location Great value Great owners. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet entertaining family vacation.
