Brand New for 2025! Step into a tropical sanctuary just steps from your private beach escape. Tango Vista invites you to indulge in a harmonious blend of family fun and refined luxury. The elevated swimming pool with a spa and outdoor cooking area sets the stage for serene afternoons. All three living levels provide views of the Gulf of Mexico. From October to May, enjoy the added comfort of a heated pool (available for a nominal fee).
Inside Tango Vista, every corner exudes elegance. Designer appliances, award-winning decor, and expansive balconies provide a backdrop of effortless luxury. Every bedroom features a bathroom, ensuring comfort for all. The 3rd level game room offers superb views of the beach and sunsets. Effortlessly transition between levels with the home’s private elevator, connecting the garage to the top floor. The parking area can accommodate up to five standard vehicles.
Nestled in a prime location, Tango Vista offers proximity to Silver Sands Premium Outlets, gourmet dining, family entertainment, and the vibrant Baytowne Wharf. From grocery stores to boat rentals, every convenience and adventure awaits just moments away.
House Layout (sleeps 16):
Ground Level: Parking garage and elevator. Parking for up to five standard vehicles.
1st floor (sleeps 2): King room with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Living room, kitchen, and dining room that flows to the outdoor pool area.
2nd floor (sleeps 8): King room with bathroom (sleeps 2) | King room with bathroom (sleeps 2) | King room with bathroom and balcony (sleeps 2) | King room with bathroom, tub, and balcony (sleeps 2) | Laundry room and Wet Bar.
3rd floor (sleeps 6): Bunk room with two sets of twin over twin beds (sleeps 4) | Bathroom | Game room with wet bar, Queen sofa sleeper, and balcony overlooking the Gulf Of Mexico (sleeps 2).
Parking: A maximum of five vehicles can park on the driveway. No street parking is available.
Pool/Spa Heating is available from October through May for an extra fee. This service requires a nominal fee and must be requested three days before arrival to ensure adequate time for turning the gas heating system on.
The home has four folding beach chairs you can carry to the beach. Seasonal beach vendors offer luxury chair setups with an umbrella as well. We supply white spa towels that can be used at the beach or pool.
All events require prior approval, permitting, and appropriate fees. Please inquire if you plan on getting married or having an event here.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for YouTube, Netflix, Disney, Max, etc.
Spa-quality amenities include high-thread-count hypoallergenic linens and towels and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Some dogs are allowed, depending on size, so please inquire about our pet policy and fees. Any dog must be approved in advance with written consent.

Summary: Our yearly family vacation for the past 42 years has been the Florida panhandle, Destin , Miramar Beach, and several places along 30A Highway. We’ve stayed n a lot of places but this one had it all! This place is exceptional! Communication with the host was outstanding! Questions were answered very politely and quickly. The property was beyond our expectations. It was exactly as had been described and pictured and more beautiful than the pictures displayed. Every detail was covered! The layout was excellent for our large family! The decor, large rooms, And the kitchen and living room being the bottom floor, and all bedrooms above the living space, so no one had to endure footsteps above them while trying to sleep. One of our favorite features was the laundry room with 2 sets of washer and dryers- brilliant! The house was sparkling clean, beds were wonderful and the outdoor kitchen and pool was a fantastic feature. The view was so beautiful- we could see the ocean from every floor, The neighborhood is small and quiet with a very easy and short walk to the beach- 2 minutes at most. The private beach is fantastic- Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend , at one point during the day I counted a total of only 12 people along the private beach. We felt like we were in a secluded place but outside of this neighborhood is a booming area of restaraunts, grocery stores, shopping, the outlet mall and activities. We will be back for years to come!
