Positive: It was on the ground floor, near the swimming pool. It was plenty big enough, and the owners were very nice about my dogs.
Negative: Needed baking pans

Positive: We loved the amenities and the nice neighborhood. The apartment was nice and big with a great view of the beautiful pond. And corresponding with Mr. Pettigrew on email and the staff on the grounds was a joy.
Negative: There were only a few things that were amiss. The bar stool was broken, the kitchen drawer with the silverware and kitchen utensils smelled funny, and the place could use a good wipe down around door frames and things, the blinds were messed up with the bay window, and the closet door was off track. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed easily.
Summary: We had a great time. Mr. Yanick Pettigrew was very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Negative: The staff did not make a way for us to park our motorcycle, it was a note left on our motorcycle stating our bike will be tolled because it was not registered, but we saw bike go in our condo area and park in the field

Negative: We had a problem with the dishwasher. We spoke to the owner and he was aware of it but there was not enough time to replace it before we left.
