Positive: It was so peaceful! Loved the view of the jungle and hearing the sound of the monkeys. The garden is so beautiful! Felt like could stay there forever. Also the host was really friendly and made us felt like home!

Positive: We enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was a great bonus, we really enjoyed tasting the local cuisine. The staff was great and we appreciated the friendly hospitality. The location was perfect for enjoying the jungle, sounds of the howler monkeys, and being close to town and the Mayan ruins at Zunantunich.

Positive: We were in a cabin on a working farm in a beautiful setting. This is a rural area just outside a small town. It is quiet, quaint and rustic - do not try to compare with the facilities found in big city hotels. Make yourself a "cuppa", sit on the verandah, relax and enjoy the gardens and the tremendous work that Dominic and staff put in every day do create this peaceful, little hideaway. It has a wonderful flavour - a unique country experience. We walked/strolled from the farm along the river (mostly), to the ferry crossing for Xunantunich. (The walk is easy but weather-dependent as the path can become too muddy in rain.) Dominic is a humorous, helpful host and his English is excellent. He was wonderfully accommodating with our nutrition preference for low carbohydrate breakfast and dinner - we enjoyed our healthy meals. Thank you Nabitunich Team! P.S. a tip - the hot water for our shower turned on from a lever on the overhead pipe - part of the adventure :)
Negative: Our bed was what we call "double" size in Australia - which is on the small side for two people, but a queen size would not have easily fitted in our cabin, so get cosy. We still slept well.

Positive: Magical location. Waking to nature every day was amazing. We saw Toucans and many other birds. Catch the sunset from the hill! The property is beautiful. The staff go out of their way to help. Daisy and crew made amazing breakfasts and took good care of us. Dominic the owner was so helpful and personable. I can’t say enough about the service. He is and Nabitunich top notch! We ate dinner one night at the lodge. Good and cost effective. We also ordered out one night via the delivery service provided by Edwin. It was like Belize door dash! Two huge burritos and natural juices and delivery for $12! Great deal and supporting family business. The whole experience was a great start to our honeymoon. It’s a bit far from town but easy and cheap to get there! Walk to the road and catch a taxi. Negotiate the price first. We would have rather woken up here than in town. Loved loved!
