Positive: Stunning place to stay, with good food and poolside cocktails and lots of activities around. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did a kayak tour into San Ignacio which was super chill and the guide was very informative. Got to see monkeys and toucans!

Positive: Amazingly gorgeous property, kind and helpful staff, and the onsite food and drinks were delicious!
Negative: We did not realize that it was 4 miles down a dirt road which made coordination for some activities a little more challenging and costly than anticipated, but the property more than made up for that. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Positive: The staff were incredible, all so helpful and friendly. Night walks with John to find wildlife were fun. Amazing seeing the toucans at breakfast.
Negative: If you’re not keen on tarantulas this is probably not a great place for you 😅

Positive: Rooms were very spacious and comfortable! Tours through the hotel were very easy to set up and guides were great! Bar/ restaurant was very good! We didn’t get to enjoy as much of the property as we’d liked since it was raining and we had to leave early but everything that we did see was just as perfect as the pictures online show
Negative: Drinks were weak and bar wasn’t open late …..likely intentional since it was very calm family friendly place but don’t think you can party too hard or late at this place

Positive: loved the swimming pool that was beautiful and peaceful. restaurant was very nice too.
Negative: distance from san pedro (particularly length of road once you leave the main road) and quality of the road to get there. room 11 was a little bit outdated and requires some renovation. was ok though and comfortable. bathroom sink not convenient to use. shower pretty bad condition. room location a bit far from the main area in the lodge.
