Positive: The property was beautifully situated and fitted out with everything we needed for a pleasant get together with friends. Apart from the 2 issues mentioned below it was a very enjoyable place to stay.
Negative: The bedding on the 2 large upstairs beds was very inadequate and so we were cold and did not sleep well. I realise that an electric blanket and heater were provided but the two of us who slept in these beds do not like to sleep with these appliances on. The bath design meant shower water overflow onto the bath surrounds. Some consideration really needs to be given to overcoming this design issue as with several people showering could mean spillage onto the floor which would be a hazard.

Positive: Great location. Nicely decorated, spacious house and backyard. Stunning views from the balcony!!! Lots and lots of birds. Love that there are common areas both upstairs and downstairs. Beds are comfortable. The complimentary wine is very thoughtful. The owners are helpful and responsive.
Negative: We loved everything! Only issue was that the wifi connection was quite weak. Another minor thing was that we needed one of the sofa beds to accommodate all members of our group, but it wasnโ€™t already made. This is new to us because normally, in other countries weโ€™ve been, the sofa beds are usually made before we arrived.
Summary: Love it! Would recommend to everyone.

Positive: Great views out over the blue mountains, the house has 4 rooms that suited our group. Great location.
Negative: Wi-fi wasn't working properly and we couldn't watch movies etc. Water in upstairs bathroom went all over floor (round side of bath).
