Summary: Great location and great hosts. Lots of communication from the owners including information on Québec City. Very walkable to Old Quebec. Grocery store was very close. Everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook. The only unsettling thing was the number of homeless people in the immediate area including the walkway to the parking lot. That being said, there were absolutely no issues with them. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Quebec and wanting a little more space and great location to Old Quebec.
