Summary: Fantastic grounds, facilities and pool area. Great staff to help us during the stay. Drawbacks, airconditioning needed at least in the bedrooms. There was a mosquito problem due to stagnant water in fountains about the property.

Summary: When booking this home, it lives up to everything you could imagine it to be & more! It’s beauty captivates you instantly and leaves you speechless. The peace and comfort it carries has you nestled with ease in any room or space it offers. The staff is amazing and ready to assist with any need you may need or want. The grounds are breathtaking and makes you want to walk through them over and over again. Susan is always there to help with any suggestions, arrangements or ideas at the drop of a dime. She’s very professional and you can see the pride she takes in representing the villa. I could not have asked for a better place to spend my time with friends in all of Rome. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude we have for Susan, Adriana, Michele, Elie, Monia & Alberto to keep us having the best memories of our stay. We will forever speak of La Cipriana!

Summary: What can we say. The Villa is absolutely beautiful and as a family we had an amazing time. The pictures make it look wonderful but trust me they will never do it justice...it has to be seen and experienced! We have to thank Susan for her care during the booking period- not least as we had major health issues with my father that made it difficult for us to finalise for a while- your professionalism Susan was most appreciated. Adriana likewise proved invaluable in arranging transfers and answering queries..of which we had many- and then there is Michele. What a wonderful man- we really could not imagine this stay without his constant support and help ...from how to work the gas to ensuring the grounds and pool were impeccable every morning when we rose. A beautiful location and a wonderful trip managed end to end exceptionally well. Thank you so much for service that was second to none. We look forward to our next trip.

Summary: We will never forget the beauty, the staff, the food, the location and support provided by Adriana and her team which provided the backdrop for our Italian family reunion. My grandfather, Ernesto, was born in Sora, Italy in 1890. He left for America in 1906 to find a "better life". Actually, he was leaving his abusive step-father whom he would watch abuse his mother. He left his mother and sister behind, vowing to return one day to bring them to America and to get away from the abuse at home. He did create a beautiful life in Rhode Island and he did return to collect his mother 4 years later. However, his sister married and stayed in Italy. In the over 100 years, Ernesto's family grew to over 90 Italo-Americans. While in Italy, his sister, Christina's family grew to almost the same size. As many of the "elders" in my family were in their 80's, Athena, my beautiful partner and I decided to create a once-in--a-lifetime reunion. We needed lots of coordination, facilities that would accommodate 2 large receptions and a responsive staff. Right from the start, it was clear that Adriana and her team would be able to help. They were amazing. The house was better than the photos, the staff quickly became part of our family, the food was wonderful and beautiful memories were created as part of this very special trip. We brought over 20 family members from Rhode Island and about 30+ of our Italian cousins showed up for 2 separate catered events, with live music, tents, sit down meal service, bar, flowers, and translators it was beautiful. We sat outside around the pool in the beautiful private grounds of the villa. The elders, met their cousins for the first time. There were hugs, tears, laughter, dancing and true connection. Adriana, thank you...what a wonderful magical place! It was truly a once in a lifetime event. About 8 weeks after the reunion, Zia Anna, the matriarch of our Italian family passed away. She was honored at both family festas and was a beautiful woman. The last time I saw her, she was smiling, with tears in her eyes and she gave me a big hug thanking us for creating this special moment bringing the family of Christina and Ernesto together for the first time.

Summary: We stayed a week as a family of 20, ages ranging from 5 to 76! The pool area functioned as a gathering place - lots of space for everyone. We had a great experience where cooking was not a problem, we played tennis and soccer. The bedrooms all have a private bath and comfortable beds. I can highly recommend the place for large groups!

Summary: We had our family reunion with 18 us staying at the villa. It was an amazing vacation. The groundskeeper, Michele, was really so helpful. He kept making sure we were satisfied with everything and checking if he could do anything for us. We loved the location, the peacefulness, how well equipped it was and the pool was wonderful to swim in after a long day in Rome. There were some delightful towns close by to explore with great grocery stores and excellent restaurants. The trip into Rome was easy and quick. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!
