Positive: It was just absolutely beautiful. The views were amazing, the staff were amazing and our accommodation was just beautiful.
Negative: The only thing I could see was that there were no toilets near the pool and the pool bar food was not great.

Positive: Beautiful villa… staff all very caring and attentive. Amazing architecture and incredible frescoes on the walls and ceilings… felt like walking in a museum, with huge rooms comfortably furnished. The silence was fantastic for a great night’s sleep, and the bed was extremely comfortable. All was scrupulously clean
Negative: The restaurant - we only had pasta and a sorbetto, but neither was as good as we are used to (living in Italy and used to higher quality more tasty meals).
Summary: We totally enjoyed our stay and found it most relaxing.

Positive: A large villa with beautiful views down the valley from the main house. The villa is grand, but quite worn, but pleasant nonetheless. Breakfast does not have a large selection, but everything is there, including omelette and ham and cheese. There was also a complimentary bottle of water in the room. Considering the size of the hotel, there are not many parking spaces, but it seems that, in general, everything should fit in the territory. Having an outdoor pool is a big plus in summer. There is also a bar by the pool. In addition to the main house, rooms are offered in two outbuildings. We discovered by chance that all the buildings are interconnected by underground corridors. In bad weather, it is very convenient to go to the main building from the outbuildings for breakfast or dinner. We chose a room in the adjacent building, because according to the previous information, all the rooms in the main building were 16 m2 (including luxury numbers and that is too little). An Executive room with a size of 20 m2 was offered in the adjacent building. While walking in the main building, we saw a couple of rooms that had just been cleaned and it was obvious that they were significantly larger than our 20 m2 room. If I had the correct information, I would have preferred these rooms because the room was nicer and the main house has better views.
Negative: The pool area is quite poorly maintained. With better cleaning and a little renovation, the appearance could be greatly improved. The pool itself is quite small (too small for swimming). During peak hours, there may be a shortage of sunbeds by the pool. The room looked much better on the pictures (Executive double) than the one we got (room 73). The room was very ascetically furnished and everything was quite worn. The diverter button for the shower mixer was broken and it was difficult to switch to the overhead shower. There was no possibility to make tea and coffee in the room. Check-out at 10:30 at the latest is obviously too early. Although there were some nuances that could have been better, we are definitely ready to come here again.
