The Neskowin Villa is a welcoming top notch Neskowin Village home, including all of the furniture, dishes, beds, well, everything. It's like being at home but having the beach within walking distance. The upper level has an open floor plan for family and friends to gather and share old and new memories, play games or enjoy a meal prepared in the fully stocked high end kitchen. There is WiFi, 2 TVs and 1 DVD player available for use. Your pet companion is also welcome with a per pet fee. There is a large wrap around deck with a propane BBQ and a sizable outdoor dining table with plenty of seating. You will find bicycles and helmets located in the garage for exploring the village or stroll 2 blocks to beach access. The backyard has a large picnic table long with a fire pit so bring your wood and ingredients to make smores. The 1800 sq ft house is on a little used side road, no traffic. Pull your clubs down the road to the Neskowin Golf Course.
Centrally located on the Scenic Oregon Coast, you can take day trips and explore north or south or head inland to wine country. The Neskowin Villa is a comfortable home with all the amenities for a superb vacation. The same families return year after year. Neskowin is a pristine beach located just on the north side of the dramatic Cascade Headland along with Proposal Rock and miles of beachcombing. Look for the ghost forest during low tide. The village has 2 restaurants, an ice ice cream shoppe and the trading company for supplies and take out pizza.
Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house or garage unless in a kennel. Pet limit is 2.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay here on the Oregon coast. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to cook homemade meals and enjoying them with the beautiful Neskowin beach just walking distance away. The property is spacious and was very clean and organized, the fire pit out back was also great! Thanks so much for having us! Working on planning our next visit soon!

Summary: This property was so great. Good access to the beach and very clean. My family had a great time doing puzzles by the fire place at night, or cooking smores in the fire pit in the back. I personally enjoyed drinking coffee every morning on the 2nd floor patio. Listening to the near by waves of the ocean. This place was a 10 out of 10. Would definitely be back again.

Summary: This long weekend getaway consisted of mixed generations and a dog. This home provided us with comfortable beds, plenty of seating space and a kitchen to enable us to prepare breakfast and lunch/snacks. The yard was partially fenced, which was fine for us but others with their pup may need that. Also the firepit was well laid out in the back yard and we only wished we could have found some marshmallow roasting sticks. They may have been there we didn’t see them. On that note it would have been helpful and appreciated if there was a starter pack of coffee for the first morning of arrival, since we arrived late at night and only discovered there wasn’t any. We always had something in our other stays so we were a little bummed there wasn’t any here. The deck was also a great place to get some fresh air and dine outside. We hope to be able to come back again with more time on our hands. Lots of games available and books as well. TVs were small and not very communal however, we weren’t there for tv so that wasn’t an issue for us.

Summary: The house is beautifully updated. Comfortable furniture throughout the house. And it was very clean. You could hear the ocean from the giant decks. And the view from the main rooms was so gorgeous and relaxing. We would stay here again.

Summary: The housekeeper needs to do a little better job at cleaning. We took a few pictures, but I think the grossest thing was the dried up wad of gum that was stuck to the back of one of the drawers that we needed to move our of the way. We also found a few bugs/spiders in the house. The one thing I would really suggest is a bigger water heater. If you are going to supply such a huge, amazing jacuzzi tub, they you should have a bigger water heater to accommodate that much hot water. The house was beautiful, quiet and cozy! My family of 5 adults had a wonderful 3 night vacation. Thank you for allowing us to borrow your home for the weekend.
