Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent choice and quality of breakfast and and also bar meals. Room was very tidy, comfortable and quiet. Good location to access beach, train station, bus routes and 10 minute walk to local shops

Summary: Our room was very comfortable but the bathroom was as clean as one would expect for the price. There was duct tape on the toilet plumbing, and quite a loud knocking noise after flushing the toilet.

Summary: The staff were so friendly and helpful and even took our bags to our room while we visited the tien . It made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms too were very comfortable with huge windows looking out to the Firth of Forth.
