Positive: The cottage is a lovely stone build period property. It is ideally located in the centre of North Berwick, just a short walk from lots of independent shops and restaurants. It is also very close to the golf club and the sandy beach. We had a fantastic time. The cottage is very clean, well equipped, and maintained to a high standard. We had everything we needed for a fabulous family holiday. Frank is a lovely host very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend that you stay here when you are looking for a holiday home in North Berwick.
Negative: Parking outside the property is restricted at certain times. The car has to be moved to the station carpark overnight.

Positive: The house is perfectly located, close to everything (beach, shops, restaurants) and only 5mins from the train station. The house is kitted out with everything you need. It is spacious! The beds are incredibly comfortable. My 3year old daughter’s highlight was the play kitchen and kitchen toys. The host, Frank, was incredibly helpful and welcoming and always available when we had any queries. He even called to assist with planning our journey from the airport to the property. We will definitely be back!
