This 5 br/2 ba new home is 1 block from the Appalachian Trail and Pen Mar Park, 8 mi from Ski Liberty, and 16 mi from Gettysburg. All bedrooms connect to large kitchen/living room open space. All 5 bedrooms have an exit directly to large rear deck. Lovely, quiet, tree-filled lot.
Since we are in a quiet neighborhood, I can only accept reservation requests from guests with previous good reviews on this platform.

Summary: I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the owner/manager's attention to detail. The desk chair needs repair, but that's the only flaw. Two full bathrooms; only need a bit of coordination of usage times among larger groups. The personal care that has gone into this house really shows.
