Ideal starting point towards the hill of the castle and its breathtaking view of the Baie des Anges. We can very well organize a stay without a car, but if you prefer to explore the French Riviera behind the wheel, there are different possibilities for parking near the apartment. Summary: A spacious Studio, ideal for a single or a couple. Very clean & well equipped to meet my simple travel needs. Well situated to restaurants, cafes & an amazing Bakery/Pâtisserie very close by. Only a 5 minute walk to the Tram & Buses made it easy to see Nice without a car. Note: be prepared for daily exercise as is on the 4th floor. 🤗. Would stay there again in the future.

Summary: We had a great time staying here! Proximally located to everything we needed and/or wanted to do! At night, it was pretty noisy from people who were out late partying, but that could be a bonus for some people. Of note the property is not air conditioned but it does cool down a lot at night with the windows open and fans on

Summary: Nice and clean apartment in the center of the old city in nice. It's only a five minutes walk to the beach. In the night it's pretty loud, closing the windows is not an option, because it gets too warm. But all in all we had a very nice stay there.

Summary: Edoardo was very helpful, the flat was fantastic with everything newly fitted. So central to everything-even to the Irish pub down below-it was a bit noisy until weird hours In the morning but the atmosphere in this place was amazing!
