Summary: The Hotel is obviously under reconstruction. Very fresh rooms but chaotic entrance and no restaurant or lounge. Well located, though, and friendly staff.

Summary: Overall the hotel was really good. My only complaint was the paper drinking cups in the room and no proper coffee mugs. For the price there should be glasses in the room

Summary: The location was good, the room was nicely decorated though it was small. The view from our window was lovely. We thought there would be a balcony with table & chairs but was only a few inches with a railing and big doors. We had to open the window doors for air since the air conditioning did not cool the room. There is a very busy main road and a concert venue in the garden next door so there was lots of street noise with that open window. The room was clean, and staff were pleasant. The hotel is under renovation, and the lobby is only a desk by the doorway. The whole experience felt like a nicer inexpensive hotel, and I feel we could have had more luxury for what we paid.

Summary: First off, this hotel is undergoing a major renovation, so first impressions of the outside can be a bit off-putting. But wait! The rooms have undergone a complete makeover and are very attractive. There are comfortable beds, pleasant updated decor and lighting, and new drapery on the windows and a small French balcony! The bathrooms are sparkling clean with rainfall showers. And rooms are a good size with room to move around. The hallways have also been updated The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and pleasant and always available to offer directions or other useful information. The hotel is in a very good location, as it is right across from the beach and promenade and around the corner from the Old Town, where there are many good restaurants to choose from. There is also a market in the Old Town most days selling flowers, all kinds of fruit and produce, delicious pastries, native food specialties, tourist souvenirs, you name it! An interesting place to walk around and take it all in! I think this hotel is an excellent choice based on location, service and price range! Enjoy Nice and the Riviera!

Summary: Probably the best location you can get in Nice for a fantastic price. The rooms are a good size for being in the city and they are super stylish and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Nice.

Summary: amazing property, with friendly and helpful staff. very safe area, with local dining & shopping options. the old town is only a 5 minute walk away and a 15 minute drive to the airport. will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here! The room design was modern with a very French touch—stylish and cozy. We booked a sea view room, and it was absolutely worth it. The view was stunning, and for the price, it’s one of the best values in town for that kind of view. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in area is pretty small, so you might find yourself squeezing past people coming or going, but it’s not a big deal. There are two things we wanted to point out: First, the WiFi was very unstable. We were on the 5th floor and barely had any internet connection most of the time. If you’re relying on WiFi and not using mobile data, this could be frustrating—maybe lower floors have better signal. Second, the A/C wasn’t turned on during our stay (mid-April). We were told it’s shut off during the winter months. It was rainy but still felt warm without A/C, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open, which let in a bit of street noise. The hotel is right next to the Albert 1er Garden, which often hosts events—there was a vintage car show while we were there, for example. That said, the location is unbeatable. The beach is less than a minute’s walk, there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, and there’s even a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Super convenient! Overall, a great experience with beautiful views and a fantastic location—just a couple things to keep in mind if you’re planning to stay here.
