Positive: We had a great time, the location was very convenient to all of the local beaches, restaurants and activities. The condo was very clean and had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool was also great and we met so many friendly couples they were all very welcoming. We will defiantly be considering this condo for futures vacations. Thank you to Brad and Amanda for being great hosts!
Summary: Great location, great stay, we really enjoyed our Spring Break.

Positive: Hosts were excellent with all communication. Excellent quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located. Property was bright, clean and well supplied with essentials and extras(beach chairs, beach towels etc.) which was much appreciated! Beds were very comfortable and the Pool area was awesome.
Negative: There was absolutely nothing negative I could say about this property.
Summary: Ten out of ten! I’d stay here again “in a heartbeat”.

Negative: The thermostat is set with a lock on it. 72 or 73° I can't remember. This is not stated in the listing. Some people cannot sleep with it that warm. It was stuffy inside. The check out directions include taking your trash out and stripping the beds, yet the cleaning fee is $200. Why does the renter need to do the work of the housekeeper when being charged this much? Also there was a large load of towels/linens left in the dryer that I had to first deal with before I could dry my own belonging. This is a nice place but for reasons I've mentioned I wouldn't rent it again.

Positive: Condo was very clean and had almost everything we needed. Huge bath towels!! We loved the waterfall shower. The only dish that we couldn't find was a baking dish for casseroles. There were lots of dishes to accommodate the 6 of us! Greatly appreciated the box of shells so we could trade some of we picked up with some that we couldn't find. All in all, great place to stay!!
