Kelly Greens and surrounding area have been impacted by Hurricane Ian. The golf course will reopen January 2023. The pictures of condo are accurate as it did not sustain damage.
Kelly Greens Country Club is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants - the beach is only 5 miles away! This 2nd floor Veranda offers cathedral ceilings, a master bedroom with king size bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. Views from the kitchen and lanai are of the ninth fairway, water and a covered bridge. You are walking distance to the main pool and tennis courts as well as a second smaller pool. There are flat screen televisions in each of the bedrooms and a 55 inch tv in the living room, wifi included.
No pets, no smoking, no exceptions.

Summary: A wonderful enjoyable stay....we felt welcome and at home. Becky was so responsive and pleasant to work with....everything she said was going to occur did, no surprises. The condo is fantastic...warm, bright, very clean, with all the modern conveniences. We would return without hesitation and hope to do so in the future.

Summary: We enjoyed three weeks of total relaxation in this condo. So convenient to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Quiet morning walks followed by a swim in the pool. The condo is very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The owners answered any and all questions we had and checked in after stormy weather. We totally enjoyed our Stay!

Summary: We have rented multiple times in Kelly Greens. This was an especially smooth and pleasant rental experience for us. Becky and Jeff were very accommodating in making our rental switch at the first of the month from another unit within the complex to theirs. Because of the Covid-19 quarantine that matched our rental period, they offered to let us stay extra days at no cost when some of the quarantine restrictions were lifted - a re-opening of the golf course and other amenities. Communication was excellent. This condo is well equipped and appointed. The two available bikes in the garage were an added plus. This second floor condo has an expansive view from the back lanai overlooking the 9th fairway, a lake, and golf cart bridge. This unit is within walking distance of the Club, the fitness center, tennis courts, and two swimming pools. Needless to say, we would not hesitate to rent here again.

Summary: We have been staying at Kelly Greens for many years in several different condos. This was one of the best! It was very spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is in a great location... close to the beach and shopping. The view from the lanai is beautiful for watching the golfers and sunsets. We had a great time and will look forward to staying there again.
