Positive: The place was spacious, clean, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Best part was that 3 couples each got to enjoy a private bedroom and bathroom with a king bed. Full size kitchen was a plus. Lots of space to spread out and lounge. Hosts were great! Would have been a fun booking as well if we had kids to bring along. Location was great, close to the strip and close to Nissan Stadium.
Summary: 3 adult couples+3 king sized beds+3 private bath's + clean = Perfect!

Positive: The location was a quick Uber ride to downtown and Ubers were inexpensive. The house was clean and decorated very nicely and the beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very nice and we loved the roof top. Lastly there’s a lot of restaurants close by too.
Negative: The 4th bedroom was very small… I was worried at first bc we couldn’t find it lol. But it all worked out. Two bedrooms needed curtains bc the house next door had a camera in their window and it was pointing directly at one of our bedroom windows.

Positive: Very clean, peaceful each room has a different set up. It has his own personality. You can take pictures. You can cook in the nice big kitchen. You can go to the rooftop get a fresh air. It’s just all in one. I’ve write a 10 out of 10.
Negative: My host was really fast with responding back and was very helpful with letting me understand how to get to the property inside the property. I love it.
Summary: I will be booking with new elevations rooftop townhome again soon💕

Positive: We were in town with two other couples seeking a close-to-downtown location to hang out together. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable, clean, and open spaces at New Elevations. It was a great experience hanging out in the kitchen, living, and dining area together. Plus, the bedrooms were spacious and perfect. Overall, I highly recommend New Elevations if you are traveling with friends or family. Overall, it was a five-star experience!
Negative: My GPS takes you to the front street, but Tiffany's prearrival instructions were spot-on: Drive around back to the garage entrance. The garage was spacious for two cars, with additional parking just outside. So, it's a perfect facility if you are traveling in multiple vehicles.

Positive: Ideal Bachelor Party Venue! I hosted my brother's bachelor party at New Elevations Rooftop, and it was amazing! The rooftop games were perfect for fun and bonding. We loved cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed watching the game on the large TV. The unique decor and vibrant energy made it hard to leave, and being just minutes from downtown Nashville was a huge plus. The location was perfect—only an $8 Uber ride to downtown and close to Topgolf, which we loved! Parking was easy with a two-car garage and extra spots out front. The house was well-equipped with games and a lovely kitchen, making our stay enjoyable. Plus, the host was very responsive and helpful.
