Summary: Great place and less than 10 min drive to Broadway. Place was exactly as described - completely updated and very clean! Matt was extremely accommodating and quick to respond responsive! Check in/out process very easy!! Will stay here again next time we come back to Nashville!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home in Nashville. It was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The East Nashville neighborhood was great...quiet and residential, yet close to every place we wanted to go. So many cute restaurants and coffee shops within 2 miles or less, and only a quick 10 minute uber to get to the downtown areas and music venues.

Summary: We loved our stay here! This rental is very cute and well kept. It looked exactly like the pictures and we all loved it. Good location that is walking distance to some great restaurants, and a quick Uber to downtown area. Matt was very responsive before and during our stay. 10/10!
