Welcome to Fairhaven Creekside Retreat!! This fantastic, brand new townhouse is located in a serene creek side neighborhood, just steps from Fairhaven Village, access to Interurban trails, Marine Park Beach, and the Alaska Ferry Terminal!
Whether you are staying for a weekend or a week, this beautiful home is your perfect vacation escape. Park your car in the garage, and you can walk everywhere! Just minutes by walking trail to the heart of Fairhaven Village, where you will find restaurants, shopping, and live music. Walk a couple of blocks out the front door to the beach trail access... perfect for sunset viewing.
This three-level home is perfectly designed for relaxed vacation living, and situated to enjoy all that Fairhaven has to offer.
The entry floor has access to garage, and a large office area...in case you need to work remotely for a few hours. The garage features electric vehicle car charging with a 40 amp, level 2 charger supporting the J1772 standard. The garage also has bike racks installed.
The second floor features a large, well-stocked gourmet kitchen, butler pantry with sink and washer/dryer, dining area for six, and the choice of two different living rooms for relaxing. The great room living area features a 65" TV ready for streaming and relaxing movie nights. A lovely deck runs along the dining and kitchen areas, complete with outdoor heater. You will enjoy the sound of the birds, frogs, and the creek running below. There is also a two piece powder room off the main living area.
The third floor has a large primary bedroom with a queen-size bed, and it's own deck. A large, luxurious ensuite bathroom with double sinks, deep soaking tub, and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the use of the hallway bathroom with a spacious shower and rainfall showerhead.

Summary: Absolutely loved this property. Immaculate, modern, and tastefully furnished. The building is within easy walking distance of Fairhaven with its many shops and restaurants. Frankly we didn't want to leave!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhome was beautiful and new. We walked to Fairhaven multiple times. The woods behind and big windows made it even better and my favorite, the fireplace!

Summary: Easy walkability for young kids and adults alike given the close proximity to the Interurban trail and downtown Fairhaven. Clean and bright living spaces made for such a relaxing stay. We already had everything we needed—and still Property Manager Barbara was very communicative and friendly.

Summary: We were in Bellingham for our granddaughter’s graduation from western university. What a gift to stay at this beautiful property. We stay in rental properties around the world and this was by far the best. Beautifully furnished and well appointed kitchen from appliances to the stainless steel Cephalon cookware. The beds were so comfy and Barbara was an excellent host. We loved it so much we looked at the unit next door to purchase! Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!
