Cozy, new home for the whole family to enjoy in a quiet neighborhood. Located near the Historic Havelock area of Lincoln and minutes away from Downtown Lincoln, Pinnacle Bank Arena, University of Nebraska football stadium, Nebraska Wesleyan University, and Southeast Community College. Off-street parking is available behind the house.
The kitchen has solid surface countertops and everything you need to feel at home including a natural gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with filtered ice/water dispenser. A single-serve Keurig coffee maker with the ability to customize your coffee to a latte or cappuccino will start your day off right.
Relax on the La-Z-Boy recliners and sofa while you stream your favorite show. An Apple TV is provided for you to stream using your own accounts. Board games, cards, and books are available to keep the fun going.
The primary bedroom includes a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and attached full bathroom with heated floors, two shower heads, and hair dryer. Summary: This house was the perfect location to start our Road Trip in NE. Location was great. House is very comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. Had one question which was answered promptly by the host.Highly recommend a stay here if you need accommodations in Lincoln.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family of 5 that includes young adults and a teenager. The home was comfortable, clean and spacious. The living room furniture and space was a great place to hang out. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and the host was easy to communicate with. They even accommodated our needed early arrival. We would highly recommend this property!

Summary: Wow! EXTREMELY clean, well provisioned with all the essentials for a pleasant stay, well situated for our time in Lincoln.
