The main level consists of a living room with large screen TV, dining area, a well stocked kitchen, primary suite with private bath, as well as a half bath and laundry room just off the kitchen. In the dining room you will find a large table that comfortably seats 8-10 with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. The upper level has 4 spacious bedrooms: 3 queens and 1 full. 2 of the queen bedrooms have their own private full bath, the remaining 2 bedrooms share a full bath. Downstairs on the bottom floor you will find an inviting second living space complete with TV, ping pong table, another full kitchen, a queen bed room and a room with two twins and bunk beds that share a full bathroom. Enjoy the natural beauty of the South Carolina mid-country while enjoying the rocking chairs on 1 of 2 gorgeous Charleston-style wrap around porches on the main and lower floors, as well as a beautiful screened-in porch with floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace for those cool South Carolina fall and winter nights.
