Summary: Everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. Beautiful bedrooms, well equipped functional kitchen and the views out of every window were stunning. We strolled the boardwalk to The Grande Hotel, met friendly neighbors. Sitting on the dock on the Bay! Very memorable stay for all 6 of us. Julie was easy to work with.

Summary: The house provided ample space for 5 ladies. The outdoor seating was in need of repair.The pots and pans were not usable. They all had Teflon pealing in the inside of pans. The house just needs some good TLC

Summary: Wonderful location. We stayed during a very cold spell, complete with snow, in January. So there was several inches of snow on the entry stairway, and the heat was very inconsistent. Our son got married at Little Point Clear and our location was perfect. Julie was a wonderful communicator anytime we had a question. Tons of room, but definitely very basic.

Summary: Enjoyed having plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of 10. Could have used some more silverware and china to accommodate our group even though there were plenty of coffee cups.
