Summary: The location of the house was wonderful. However, the house itself was not very clean. The carpet had stains of what I can only assume was dog pee. The bunk beds we not stable, I was concerned my kids would get hurt sleeping on them. The back sliding door was very difficult to open. The tv in the living room didn’t work. We did end up getting a new one, but that shouldn’t have happened. The wires of the tv and wireless router were just in a big mess in the living room, not super safe for my kids. Over all, the location was great, but the house needs some work. All issues I had were taken care of quickly though. The maintenance staff is wonderful.

Summary: I rented this home for 6 months and I definitely loved the area. The home was very cozy, well maintained and offered much more than expected. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking for beautiful weather and a lovely house with everything you need to make your stay unbelievable.

Summary: The home is in a quiet, beautiful Neighborhood. It looked exactly like the pictures and the neighbors are very friendly. The home was very clean & fully stocked. We felt right at home. The location was close to everything. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and my husband and I enjoyed going for walks each day on the walking/bike trail located right across from the subdivision. The beds were very comfortable and the WiFi worked great. We had an awesome stay and look forward to coming again!
