Summary: The property itself has great potential, this unit not so much. The unit was filthy, the fridge was not working, the main toilet would not flush, and only hot water worked in the bathroom sink. There was no parking pass left and we were found in the pool by security to inform us we need to move our car or be towed as we didn’t have a parking pass. Mind you I called Henri on the day we arrived asking for the pass and was told we only need it if we were putting a boat in the water. That night we went to dish up ice cream and it was all soft, now the freezer wasn’t freezing at the motor on the fridge was making loud noises. At this point we were over it, even though the pool area was fantastic and the people we met there were great our condo was not. I asked Henry if we left a day early if we would be reimbursed for that night and the cleaning fee, he stated we would. So we left in the am and booked a hotel. He gave back the cleaning fee and now is stated that I just don’t want to pay (mind you I paid for a hotel room, I was paying regardless) and everything was working. So I checked reviews from another site, I found it funny his review stated from May he would take care of the toilet and pool passes. But is telling me that there was no issue. (They must not have wanted to pay either)
