Positive: Quiet Clean and Comfortable . Secure and private . Built to a high standard and well maintained and equipped. The aircon units were efficient and quiet . Adequate Cupboards. Large fridge . Although the living area was not huge , it was certainly adequate . Being summer the real plus was the lovely shady little garden and patio area we could eat , relax and even entertain fiends. Our lovely hosts were onsite and were always very helpful and considerate .
Negative: The entrance area ( which is also the outside eating area ) lights go on with a movement sensor and overcoming this on Shabbat was a little tricky even though our host was more than happy to assist in every way he could .
Summary: A lovely place to stay with a helpful caring host.

Positive: The location was fantastic — accessible to everywhere we wanted to go in Jerusalem, and the garden/ terrace was truly beautiful and an oasis.
Negative: No issues at all.

Positive: The setting of the property is beautiful. Landscaped with a variety of flowering plants amid rocks, and fruit bearing trees, it is like a mini botanical garden. The apartment itself was well decorated, cheerful and very comfortable. Our host greet us upon our arrival, and showed us how things worked in the apartment. There was a bowl of fresh fruits on the coffee table, as well a delicious chocolate cookies. In the refrigerator the was milk, coke, and chilled water, The kitchen had everything that we needed including a Nespresso machine with pods, instant coffee, tea, sugar etc...
Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like.
Summary: We spent a delightful week in Shay apartment.

Positive: Great location. Shai recommended the little market across the street. We found it to be very dirty though. Look elsewhere unless in a pinch.
Summary: What a delightful garden apartment. It is very small; I'm not sure how you could fit 3 people.
