Villa Deluxe Durbuy (renovated in 2017) is perfectly situated in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes.
Rental per weekend, week or midweek or other period on request. Changeover days are on Friday and Monday.
A weekend stay of free-so can be extended until Monday morning with an additional payment of the energy costs and tourist tax. Check out on Sunday evening before 8.30 pm.
In the immediate vicinity of the villa you will find beautiful nature for walking, cycling and kayaking. The special medieval city of Durbuy and the two most beautiful golf courses in Belgium are also very worthwhile.
The house was completely renovated in the autumn of 2017 and modernly furnished and equipped with all luxury and comforts with five luxury bedrooms and four bathrooms. In the living room with panoramic bay window you have a beautiful view, up to a kilometer away, over the Ardennes hills and the valley of Ourthe and the Aisne. The original garage is now a games room with football game, a second television, games and disco lighting. In the sunny garden there is a Jacuzzi and a pod sauna with a view, lounge chairs and a barbecue to enjoy the special surroundings.
The house is located just outside the village of Bomal-sur-Ourthe on the edge of nature reserve Mont de Pins. From the garden you can walk into the forest. The ideal place to enjoy the beauty of the Belgian Ardennes during a weekend break or a holiday.
