Positive: Nice rooms, great location in the village, bicycle renting sur place, fabulous breakfast and really nice and forthcoming owners! Fabulous fine dining restaurant next door (requires cash or a Belgian card, though)
Negative: Everything perfect, except for the fact that no international credit cards are accepted. That's a bit inconvenient when you don't have a Belgian card, and the only reason why this is not a 10 on all aspects. In fairness, though, the room could be paid by credit card at Booking in advance, but for paying for the rent of bicycles and drinks from the honesty bar we needed cash.

Positive: This is a special B&B located outside of the Durbuy center. It’s on a lovely setting in nature and the building itself is a labor of love for the owners Serge and Lies. You can tell the moment you walk inside that they’ve spared no detail to design and comfort. The aesthetic is clean and modern yet super warm and welcoming. The breakfasts were incredibly special with a range of products from the immediate region — we felt thoroughly pampered!

Positive: The location is fantastic, as is the property. It is impeccably clean. Very welcoming hosts, friendly, helpful, yet discreet. The breakfast was unbelievable. When in the area, I would try to make a reservation at Q-time without any trace of doubt.
Negative: There honestly is nothing that I would like to see improved. If it is great, it is great.
Summary: The best possible hospitality in the Ardennes.

Positive: What an experience, the location was excellent and the reception was welcoming, warm and very informative. It could not be faulted. The host was excellent and very professional The quality, cleanliness, and fittings of the Q- time was exceptional, in particular our room and the public rooms were of a very high standard. In fact everything about Q- time was beyond our expectations. Excellent!!! The beds were so comfortable it was hard to describe. It is a subjective matter, but both my wife & I felt that the bed was the best we had the experience of for a long time.. Very, very comfortable. The breakfast was a feast of local produce representing the best of Belgian cuisine from the area. We were given an excellent overview and the background of each of the breakfast items presented,very informative. What an excellent experience. Our host would make a superb Ambassador for the Belgian hospitality industry and the quality of Q-time would be hard to match. We hope to return soonest.
