Positive: Great apartment, bright and open space, good location. Great remote support from support staff who provided detailed information and rapid support when needed.
Negative: Only minor issue. Could have been more pristine on arrival. Minor cleaning overlooked. Overall really good though.

Positive: The condo was very comfortable and provided all amenities needed. We didn’t do any cooking during our stay but it had a fully working kitchen. The only thing we couldn’t find was a dish sponge but there is a dishwasher so we used that. Very bright so lots of light and afternoon sun. It is just as the photos look for this accommodation except the coffee machine is a Keurig with Tim Hortons coffee pods and not a Nspresso. Check-in and check-out was easy. There is one parking spot provided in the underground garage which is easy to access as well. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and lots of options for places to eat within walking distance. Great breakfast/brunch options such as The Cheeky Neighbour and Dilly Dally Cafe nearby.
Negative: The lot next door is under construction (a condo building is going up) so sometimes there is noise during the weekdays when they are working but it’s loud with the windows closed. The only finicky complaint would be that the water pressure is low in the bathrooms. There is no concierge to the building so queries would be through messaging the owner.
Summary: We loved our stay at this condo. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and a short drive to the downtown/waterfro
