Summary: Pristine clean! Well stocked and thoughtfully stocked kitchen. Owner takes care and pride in keeping the place nice for guests. Parking can be a challenge though. There is one parking spot and it was never a available for us. Parking on the street though but challenging until after 4 p.m.

Summary: One of the best equipped and furnished VRBOs we ever stayed at. Comfortable seating and bed. The location is a 2 minute walk to a bus stop with frequent service to downtown. I question the listing’s claim about walking distance to downtown. If 3 km/ 30 -minute walk is walking distance then, yes, it is in walking distance. Some noise from upstairs tenants but not a big problem. Host did not send check-in instructions automatically as other listings do. I messaged (through VRBO) and got no response the day before our arrival. I called and left voicemail. The morning of our arrival, host replied and texted instructions. All went smoothly after that.

Summary: Excellent walkable and easily driveable location for exploring downtown Halifax annd heading out along the southern coast. Most well-equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in (dishes, linens, toiletries, laundry etc). We will definitely be back!
