Ground level: family room, seating area, King sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, flat screen smart tv, wet bar, ice maker, 2nd refrigerator, bunk room w/ 2 bunks, King master bedroom, full bathroom, laundry, access to the garage, beach chairs, bikes, and a 6 seat golf cart optional for use.
2nd floor: open floor plan living room, Picture Frame smart tv, dining room, chefs kitchen, double oven, refrigerator, gas stove cook top, fully stocked, full spice rack, half bath, King Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, tiled stand up shower, free standing bathtub and double sinks.
3rd floor: a 2nd laundry room, 3 King Master Bedrooms. 1 King Master En Suite Tile Tub/Shower bathroom, 2 King Masters with Jack and Jill shower and toilet and separate private rooms with sink and mirror.
Outdoors: gated pool deck, cabana/tiki wet bar, private pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, seating for all, deck provides an outdoor fire place with seating, rocking chairs with table, captain chairs with table overlooking the pool deck, Traeger Grill provided, must have your own pellets for use.

Summary: This property could not have been more perfect for our families needs. The 3 separate levels allowed space between the family w/3 little ones and the other adults. There is a small playground, just around the corner and the gated pool area offered the extra safety feature of having a latch that was up about 5ish feet up. I am 5‘4“ and both gate latches were right at eye-level. This meant that not even the six-year-old could open the gate to the pool alone. The kitchen was impressively stocked w/all of our cookware needs. The golf cart was a much appreciated feature for our 2 sets of grandparents on the trip. It is only a short walk to the beach, but may have been a bit much for those in their 70s w/mobility issues. The host was incredibly informative and kind enough to take a personal call and answer a few questions about the area prior to our trip. she made excellent recommendations for local restaurants and shopping. We hope to rent the same location again in the future.

Summary: From the moment we booked this vacation, the property manager Lisa kept in perfect communication and contact with us. Every detail was covered and we felt like we were at home. She was very prompt and answered all of our questions and provided us with so much information about the home and surrounding area. The location is wonderful, nice neighborhood and minimal amount of traffic. It’s a very short walk/golf cart drive to the beach. The pool and deck area is perfect for extra entertainment for the kids and adults. The house is beautiful and very nicely decorated. Kitchen is great for preparing large meals for a big family. Each person had their own space and no one felt cramped in this spacious home. It was great to have the second washer and dryer for lots of laundry with beach towels and bathing suits!! The home was lovely and I would absolutely recommend it to friends in the future!!! We are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at such a wonderful location and space.

Summary: The owners have incredible taste with this beach house. Very comfortable for a group of 14 adults and one infant. The downstairs was a nice place for the young’uns to hang with their own fridge/ice maker/TV. They thought they won the jackpot just steps from the pool and tiki bar. Washer dryer on the Lower level was a nice bonus. Golf cart, bikes, grill and even a Roomba to clean up at night as we slept. Lisa (host) went above and beyond for us. Definitely would recommend this home
