This vacation home is sure to be a hit for your group. This oceanside retreat is located on a cul-de-sac in the Villages at Ocean Hill and is only a short stroll away from beach access. It offers views of The Currituck Lighthouse and has a great outdoor space offering a totally gated private pool and hot tub. After a week in Seaside Sea Esta, you'll have a hard time going home!
The ground level features a media room with a TV, sofa bed, and club chairs. Guests will enjoy the mini-fridge and wet bar that makes it easy to access from the totally gated private pool and hot tub located just outside the sliding glass door. You will also find a bedroom with a Bunk Set and Twin bed with Trundle and a full bath in the hall. Rounding out this level is the laundry closet. You'll find three bedrooms on the middle level. These rooms also have access to the decks outside through a screened porch. You will love the hammock and hammock swing located on the deck!
Make your way to the top level and you will find a nicely decorated great room with a TV, DVD player, stereo, gas fireplace, and access to the decks through sliding glass doors. Just off the great room, on the west side of the house, is another screened porch perfect for those family crab feasts! The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area offers a wooden table that seats guests, with seating for more at the kitchen bar. A half bath is located just off the great room as well as a loft for getting away from it all. Rounding out this floor is a lovely primary bedroom with a TV and deck access.

The Village of Ocean Hills fitness center is offered to guests for a fee.
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.

Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

Summary: After 30 years of coming to the OBX with my extended family in the summer, my husband and I finally got to come with just our dogs. This house was perfect for dogs and us! With a fully secure fenced in backyard area with a sandpit area for the dogs to go to the bathroom. We especially enjoyed the furnishings and hot tub for the cooler evenings. Highly recommend the house for proximity to the beach and to the bay!

Summary: The home is beautiful and well maintained. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach or short drive to the stores. Home was clean with a well equipped kitchen. It was nice to have a pool at home.

Summary: We loved the house and would definitely come back. When we add some minor issues Vacasa and the owners were very responsive. The only issue is the WiFi has a weak signal in the pool area which with a WiFi extender could be easily solved. We had a great time there. Close to the beach and the pool area was used a lot by our family.

Summary: We stayed in this community last year. It’s really quiet and lovely. The beach is incredible and being a few minutes walk away is unbeatable. The fitness center is a little outdated, but it’s fine. Tennis, Pickleball and basketball courts are great. I have nothing negative to say about the house (although the TVs were small). I wasn’t thrilled with some of the cleaning and condition of the pool area and pool. Communication with “Vacasa” and the “local team” is not really true— we noted numerous issues Saturday and someone came by but it didn’t really solve the issue (i.e. smoke alarm beeping and the guy just put the battery I removed back in; the WiFi name was wrong; the gate latch was broken and the chaise cushions were ripped). I definitely ended up washing a number of things that were put away. This was more of letting them know than being a problem. I would like the house to come with the fitness center membership and pickleball hours like we had last year— it was over $200 to workout and play for 2 hours.

Summary: Pretty close walk to beach, house is lovely, well appointed. The cleaning was mediocre. I felt like I needed to clean much of what was left from before. I understand we arrived late summer and the house was probably used hard (and maybe too hard by some) so that may be why . Aside from that, this house was great!

Summary: The home was in the perfect location with easy beach access and near the Curritick Coastal Reserve. We were able to walk via the beach to the 4x4 area. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub a great bonus! We will definitely be back in the future!

Summary: We had a great trip at Seaside Sea Esta. The house has plenty of space for our family of eight adults and two grandkids to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, easy beach access, pool and hot tub were great as well as the multiple decks. All agreed one of the best houses we have been in in our over twenty years ofOBX trips. The only reason I did not give five stars is the trouble we had getting someone from Vacasa for our “supposed” check in. The information we had received regarding the need for check in, where the office was and NOT being told the Vacasa office was actually the Corolla Vacation office. When we finally figured that, we found the office closed at 2:30 because they went to lunch. ??‍♀️ They need to do a better job in their communications.
