Welcome to our one-of-a-kind, mid-century home on 2.38 acres land surrounded by pine trees and wildlife. With great amenities, 2 master suites, and a peaceful backyard, this is the perfect place to create memories with family and friends.
🌲You can expect a quiet and peaceful stay in our 6,700 sqft ranch home and secluded 2.34 acre lot. Located just 23 mins from Denver Airport. 35 mins to downtown Denver. 1hr40mins to nearest ski resort. Some of the highlights of our home are:
• TWO master suites with TWO five pieces master baths. One with a 2-seat spa jet tub.
• THREE out of 6 toilets are smart toilets with bidet and remote control.
• Sun room great for enjoying morning coffee and over looking the great backyard.
• Amazing view every season in the backyard with mature pine trees, large lawn area, and sweet gazebo.
• Second large family room with foosball table, arcade games and a wet bar in the basement great for entertaining.
PARKING: 2 car garage parking plus additional 4 parking spots on the driveway.
FIREPLACE: Please understand that our fireplaces are for decoration only and not working.
INQUIRIES:
The minimum night requirement ranges from 3 nights to 5 nights, depending on the season, and our seasonal pricing does vary. Our minimum booking age is 25.

A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of accepted booking to confirm your acknowledgment and agreement to the rules. A small security deposit might be collected for longer stay and fully refundable.

PET:
There is a pet fee of $50/pet per day. No additional animals unless approved in advance with an additional fee. Backyard is not fully fenced so it’s important that your dog MUST NOT be left unattended, and you agree to curb after your pup. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by a pet/Service Animal/ESA and they may not be on furniture. Minimum $300 non-refundable fee for any undisclosed animal or not curbing after your dog.

Summary: Written by my cousin: It’s huge w/ many different spaces for folks to enjoy including well-appointed bedrooms, a fantastic sunroom, a downstairs rec room w/ vintage-style video games (huge hit!) & lovely outdoor areas. Several of us used the gazebo for peaceful morning reading & enjoyed bird-watching from the back patio in the evening. The area is pretty & very quiet - plenty of space between you & neighbors. There were signs of thoughtfulness throughout the home- like pretty lighting in the front to welcome us, individually-labeled light switches, a fully-stocked kitchen (including a container in which we made fruit-infused water!), & even a piano. Any minor issues were addressed promptly (like when we thought we ran out of coffee, for example. Turns out we actually didn’t, though). [Me: The host was very responsive!] We thought a few things might be improved- It would’ve been great to have a folding table or two facilitate playing games, doing puzzles. The furniture in the living room could stand to be updated. It looks as it’s pictured, but there’s really not enough of it for large groups like ours. And it’s softer than it looks. This was great for the younger ones in our party but uncomfortable for some of the older folks. A variety of options would be great. The room could also benefit from more lights to use after dark. Note: there’s no hot tub as the listing says, but rather a jacuzzi tub. Our experience was a positive one, though, & we would definitely return! Thanks!

Summary: Hannah was a great host for our recent stay at her beautiful house. We had a family vacation and her place worked out perfectly for all 11 of us. We had a small issue during our stay and Hannah worked to correct it right away. I'd highly recommended staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: Our entire family stayed in this lovely home (5 siblings, spouses, and small children) for our mother's celebration of life. It is a lovely, large, and well-appointed home with plenty of space, bathrooms, and comfortable beds. We had a few issues, and the host was very attentive and offered immediate responses. It has plenty of outdoor space with really nice sitting areas for family activities as well, but the lawn needed to be mowed for it to be ideal for outdoor celebrations.

Summary: This home was wonderful for our family gathering for a funeral of our Family patriarch. The time we were able to spend and enjoy this home together made a sad situation more of a celebration of life. Very accommodating home inside and out. The outside was beautifully landscaped and taken care of. Many available sitting places outside as well as inside. We will definitely look into reserving this house again.

Summary: The home and property is Beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughters graduation from Colorado State. The house is bright, Spacious and still warm feeling! Very Clean…I can’t believe I had no complaints even with my OCD with cleanliness! The house was nicely stocked but if there’s Anything you want or need is within 3 miles. It’s close to EVERYTHING… Nice location! Hannah was quick and responsive with any questions even when my grandson decided to call the number on the welcome sign to ask if it was ok to have a bonfire lol….We roasted hot dogs and made s’mores around the fire pit. A Wonderful experience…
