BEDROOM:
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second and third bedrooms have queen-sized beds. All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The bedrooms also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The first bathroom has a shower and toilet while the second bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:

- coffee machine (Nespresso)

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as muesli, milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

The living room has a 46" Apple TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The garage can accommodate 2 cars and has a height of 1900mm, and there is also free street parking available. While there is no parking directly on Novar Street, you can find parking on Abbott Street just across the road.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $55 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
