Positive: The location was very walkable. Breakfast was basic but okay. The staff are nice.

Negative: No housekeeping the 3 nights we were there. We had to keep asking for water at least. We booked a deluxe double with sea view but on level 7 there is no view at all due to the development across the road so false advertising.

Positive: Location is excellent for visiting the beach and doing the city or Ha Long day tours. They arrange everything there. Breakfast was good, cooked by the family

Negative: The map in booking shows the hotel is in fron of beach but there are new buildings in construction just in front. A lot of noise (cannot blaim the hotel for that)
