Wonderful rear deck with soft seating overlooks the private sandy beach and Long Island sound. The cottage has been completely re-done inside and out. Everything is new! Free internet Wi Fi, Cable TV, AC. Completely furnished. All you need to bring is linens.

Summary: Renting this property was very easy. Communication with property owner was a snap. Very timely responses to questions leading up to our visit. The property met all of our needs. Right on the beach it was fantastic. Clean, cozy with pretty much everything you would need. Very peaceful and quiet street, good neighbors and close enough to multiple shore towns with lots to do. Would highly recommend this property!

Summary: We were very lucky to get a week’s stay here at this cottage. It fit our family perfectly and was exactly what we were looking for. The cottage is adorable, clean and spacious. The communication was quick and the process was easy. I definitely recommend spending some time in this cottage. It’s such a beautiful place with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets every day. We will definitely return! Thank you for a great week!

Summary: My mom, sister and I rented the Viola cottage and had an amazing weekend . The location was fantastic and the view was stunning . The beach theme decor was so detailed and pretty . We loved it ! Karl was so very nice to deal with and was available for any questions that we had . I strongly recommend renting this cottage for a relaxing getaway . We will definitely be back !

Summary: My family and I stayed at the cottege for Mother’s Day weekend. The weather was the only negative thing, but even with the rain it was a wonderful stay. The cabin was great and the location can’t be beat. Looking forward to staying again with family/friends!
