Positive: Nice, clean and tidy apartment. Reasonably close to Downtown Vancouver. Great communication from the host.
Negative: The neighbourhood wasn't pleasant. Lots of drug addicts/homeless people in the area.
Summary: Great apartment, but not in the best part of town.

Negative: The location is a lot scarier than the host originally told me very shocking tons of homeless people right outside the door in tents.

Positive: Accommodation was lovely, clean spacious and had everything you needed. Felt very safe when in the apartment
Negative: Aircon was not big enough for the job. The location is not good, the homeless drug problem on the road below is really upsetting but to be fair the host does warn you about this before you arrive. We never felt it was unsafe it was just unsettling and I would recommend never taking child or the faint hearted there.

Positive: The space in the apartment and the washing machine and dryer the host is extremely helpful
Negative: The location despite being advised that there was some homeless around it was way, way worse than told. You couldn't go out the front door without being confronted with high on cannabis homeless people everywhere you went for 4 blocks. It was bad/terrible
